I’m sure many of you have tuned in to this SP/300.R centric edition of Caterham Life to hear Ansar’s perspective on the whirlwind of activity surrounding the world of Caterham and the launch of our new car in the past months, but I’m afraid you won’t be getting that…yet! This year’s motorsport awards dinner was true to form – a blinding success- as sponsors and supporters showered accolades and platitudes on those Caterham drivers who ended the season with a podium finish. Mind you what I find particularly humbling is the fact that these crowds support their charges from the sides of a race track no matter what the weather. If they didn’t quite make it to a podium finish at the end of the season then their support and cheers were just as vocal and animated. I suspect copious amounts of alcohol at the dinner may, however, had something to do with it. Read More
